SHIPPING POLICY

At 20Two Elemental, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of our products.

 

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We offer shipping services both within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and internationally. Our international shipping coverage is extensive, facilitated by our logistics partner, Quiqup. Please note that shipping availability is subject to Quiqup’s service areas.

 

2. SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS

All orders are shipped via Quiqup Standard  Shipping. We provide real-time tracking for all shipments, allowing you to monitor your order’s journey from dispatch to delivery.

 

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched.

 

4. DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within UAE: 2–3 business days.
  • GCC Countries: 4–6 business days.
  • International Destinations: 7–10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures and unforeseen logistical delays.

 

5. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Domestic (UAE): We offer free shipping on orders over AED 500. Orders below this amount will incur a flat shipping fee of AED 30.
  • International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

 

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment via the Quiqup website.

 

7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

For international shipments, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

 

8. DELIVERY ISSUES

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as delays or lost packages, please contact our customer service team at care@20twoelemental.com. We will work with Aramex to resolve the issue promptly.

 

9. RESTRICTIONS

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. All deliveries require a physical address and a signature upon receipt.
