RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. RETURNS FOR REFUND

  • Eligibility:

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Items:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Process:
    • Contact our Customer Service team at care@20twoelemental.com within the 3-day window to initiate a return.
    • Prepare your shipment package to return the item to us.
    • Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to ensure it is unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact
    • After inspection your refund will be made to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

2. EXCHANGES FOR SIZE ADJUSTMENTS

  • Eligibility:

Requests for size exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition of Items:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Process:
    • Contact our Customer Service team at care@20twoelemental.com within the 14-day window to request an exchange.
    • Prepare your shipment package to return the item to us.
    • Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to ensure it is unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact
    • After inspection your new item will be shipped to you through standard shipping.
  • Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning and receiving exchange items.

 

3. NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or is missing original packaging and tags.

 

4. SHIPPING NOTES

  • Returns and exchanges should be sent using a trackable shipping method. We recommend Quiqup for returns within the UAE.
  • Tracking numbers must be shared once available to ensure timely processing.
